When we talk about sex education, we have been bombed with the danger of sexual health risks like STI (sexual transmission ), untimed pregnancy, sex traffic, and sexual manipulation, but we don’t have an open and deep discussion around being exposed to the risks of sexual stagnation, boredom, and frustration that keep weighing us down and vacuuming the delights out of many couples.

In any education, what they didn’t teach us matters more. And unlearning is always harder because we have to admit what we did wrong, and stop struggling with the things no longer work for us.

What’s why unlearning is already half the wisdom in bed.
